Thomas Max Martin

Thomas Max Martin, age 68 of Summer Shade died Thursday, Aug. 26 at home . He was a  son of the late  Wes Martin and Mary Dell Cary.He was a retired barber and spent most of  his time playing golf and gardening.He was at peace with the Lord and attended the Goodson Chapel Methodist Church.
He is survived by two sons, Marty Wes Martin and wife, Michelle of Clarksville,Tn. and Michael Martin of Glasgow: one sister, Marianna Irving and husband,Jerry of Glasgow and one brother, Joe Hurt and wife,Martha, of  Summer Shade; two grandchildren, Alex and Trey  Martin. Graveside serv ices will be held Sunday, Aug. 29 at 3:00 P.M. at the Gee-Harvey Cemetery. McMurtrey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
