Misty Renee Spidell, age 25 of Martinsville, In. died Sunday, Oct. 28 at her home. She was a daughter of Donald White of Avon, In. and Sterlina Spidell Shelton of Martinsville, In.
She was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints of Tompkinsville.
Other survivors include three sons, Johnathon Spidell, Preston Ray Capps and Lucas Blake Covey; one sister,Amber Lynn Spidell of Lexington and two brothers, George Bill Shelton and Kenny Bowman both of In.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Geneva Bryant Spidell and Stuart (Bud) Spidell.
Funeral services will be Friday, Nov. 2 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Latter Day Saints in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in the Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 2 from 10:00 AM to1:00 PM at the church.

ERNEST HENRY HURT
Ernest Henry Hurt, 69 of Wabash, Indiana, died Sunday, Oct. 28, 2912 at Wabash County Hospital. He was born May 23, 1943 in Dubre, Ky. to Raymond D. and Mary (Estes) Hurt.
Earnest retired from Ford Meter Box inWabash, after 37 years.He was a member of theNational Rifle Association. He enjoyed fishng, hunting, going to casinos, playing the lottery and collecting stamps.
He is survived by his mother, Mary N.Hurt of Wabash; two step-children, Victoria (Bobby) Wilkerson of Cleve, Texas and Robert Joe (Jonica) Campbell of Tulsa, Oklahoma; step-granddaughter Cherish O'Bannon of Cleveland; brother Bobby E. Hurt and sister Mary J.Godden of Wabash. He was Preceded in death by his daughter Crystal Ellen Hurt and two sisters Vadie Ellen Wycuff and Sarah L. Brown.
He is survived locally by Maralyn Norris and Geenette Fish.

OTHA DONALD PARKE
Otha Donald Parke, age 83 of Summer Shade, died Thursday, October 25 at the Monroe Co. Medical Center. He was a retired farmer and was a son of the late Clyde and Edalene Spears Parke. He was a member of the Missionary Mound Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of fifty six years, Eva Pearl Hayes Parke; one daughter, Shirley Parke; two sons, Jerry (Leisa) Parke and Tommy Parke all of Summer Shade; three grandchildren, Jeremy Parke, Jenny Heckel and Jessie Semon; three great grandchildren also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Edalene Spears Parke.

Kyle O. Gordon, age 68 of Celina, Tn., formerly of Willow Shade, Ky., died Wednesday, Oct.24, 2012 at Celina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Celina. He was a son of the late Vanis and Susie Geralds Gordon.

John David Brittain, II
John David Brittain II, age 71 of Willow Shade, died Tuesday, Oct. 16 at home. He was a son of the late John David Brittain I and Rosemary James Brittain. He attended the Beaumont Methodist Church and was a retired Tinsmith in the Automotive Industry.
He was a member of the Gold Wing Chapter of Kokomo and Local 292 Auto Workers Union in Kokomo. He was a Master Mason of New London 283 in London, In.
He is survived by two sons, Michael (Barbara) Brittain of Frankfort, In. and John David (Stephanie) Brittain III of Kokomo, In; grandchildren, Drake, Christina, and Jackson Brittain and Cassidy (Justin) Bailey and great granddaughter, Kaydence Bailey.
He is survived by a previous wife, Sandra Ann Warner, special friends and caregivers, Aurora Hayes and Joyce Pedigo as well as friends, Neil Ward and Donald and Bessie Howard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Weldon Yokashi and one sister, Barbara Jean Brittain.

Marcella Vibbert Dodson, age 61 of Summer Shade, died Wednesday, Oct. 3 2012 at the Monroe Co. Medical Center. She was a daughter of the late Thomas and Era Elmore Vibbert and a member of the Cedar Flat Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Michael George Edward Garrett, age 48 of Summer Shade, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012 at his home. He was as son of the late Paul and Mary Gentry Garrett and was an employee of Dana Corp. for twenty four years and retired from Green Mechanical. He attended Crossland Community Church.
He is survived by his wife, Jamie Gentry Garrett; one son Travis Coe Garrett of Summer Shade, one step son, Dillian Potts of Greensburg; four brothers, Steve (Sandy) Garrett of Bowling Green, Kenny (Cheryl) Garrett of Mt. Timothy Mark Ballard, age 49 of Glasgow, died Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the T J Samson Community Hospital. He is a son of Shirley Ballard of Summer Shade and Kyle Ballard of Tompkinsville. He worked in construction but had been disabled for a number of years.
Other survivors include one son, Doug Baker of Eighty Eight; four sisters, Becky (Davis) Hurt of Glasgow, Karen Bartley and Sinda Anderson of Summer Shade and Christina Ballard of Edmonton; three brothers, Ricky (Debbie) Ballard of Summer Shade, Duane (Kim) Ballard of Dayton,Ohio and Jason (Jessica) Ballard of Gamaliel; several nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Shorty and Elsie Brown and paternal grandparents, Sally and Radford Ballard.
