Robert Lee Hagan, age 90, of Glasgow , died at his residence Friday, July
04, 2014.
He was born in Tompkinsville , Ky
on January 11, 1924, to the late Benton and Edna Bartley Hagan, and the husband
of the late Mary Strode Hodges Hagan.
He worked as a
construction worker for National Homes in Lafayette ,
Indiana and was a member of the Church of Christ .
Survivors include
one daughter Janie Johns (Robert), Bowling Green ;
three sons, Larry Hagan, Tompkinsville, Roger Hagan, Glasgow, and Mark Hagan,
Burkesville; one sister, Edith Shirar, Lafayette ,
Indiana ; five step children; one grandchild
Lindsay Midkiff, Bowling Green ;
and one great grandchild, Kennedy Midkiff.
He was also
preceded in death by one step son.
Funeral services
will be Monday, July 7, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the McMurtrey Funeral Home, with
Brother George Jones officiating, burial will follow in the White Cemetery
in Monroe County . Visitation will begin Sunday,
July 6, 2014 at 4:00 at the funeral home, and continue until time of the
funeral.
