Robert Faye (Honkey) Daniel

Robert Faye (Honkey) Daniel, age 75 of Burkesville died January 28, 2016 at the Cumberland County Hospital..
He was born October 24, 1940 in Kettle Kentucky
He was a residential painter and loved fishing.
He is survived by three daughters, Lenneta Brothers of Indianapolis, and Tessia and Katherine Humphrey of Burkesville and three sons Joseph and Dustin Humphrey of Burkesville and Jeffery Humphrey of Marrowbone. He has ten grandchildren, Thomas Brothers, William Brothers, Cassandra Walker, Haley Humphrey, Caleb Day, Axl Day, Damian Humphrey, Kadin Humphrey, Lydia Humphrey and Lillian Bragg.
He was preceded in death by one sister Diane Hurt and one brother Eddie (Tennessee) Thompson.
A memorial service will be held at a later date as cremation was chosen.

JOYCE PAYNE ISENBERG



     Joyce Payne Isenberg, age 88, of Summer Shade, died January 24, 2016, at NHC is Glasgow.
   Born October 13, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Everett and Flossie Pedigo Payne, and the widow of the late Jimmy Isenberg, who died October 14, 2014.
   She was a homemaker and a member of the Summer Shade Christian Church.
   Survivors include four sons, Larry (Rose Mary) Isenberg, Glasgow, Donald (Phylis) Isenberg, Glasgow, Terry (Christina) Isenberg, Summer Shade, and Chris (Redonna) Isenberg, Summer Shade; four grandchildren, Erin, Courtney, Madison, and Parker; and four great grandchildren Colby, Oakley, Kailee and Preslie.
   Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at 2:00 PM at the Summer Shade Christian Church, with Brother Bob Priest officiating. Burial will follow in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 26, 2016 from 2:00- 8:00 PM at the McMurtrey Funeral Home and on Wednesday January 27, 2016 after 7:00 at the funeral home and at the Summer Shade Christian Church after 11:00 until time of services.

   In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Summer Shade Fire Department.

KENNETH GERALD HATTON


   Kenneth Gerald Hatton, age 33, of Edmonton, died January 17, 2016 at his residence.
   Born October 28, 1982 in Indianapolis, IN, he was a son of Kenneth Ray and Ruth Chappell Hatton, Edmonton, who survive.
   He worked at Donnelly’s.
   Survivors, in addition to his parents, include one sister, Stephanie Hatton, Beaumont; one brother, Charles Hatton, Glasgow; maternal grandparent Rose Mary (step-father, David) Fagg, Indianapolis, IN; and maternal grandfather, Gerald Chappell, Rockville, IN.
   He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charles and Shelba Williams Hatton.
   Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 1:00; p.m. at the McMurtrey Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin Tuesday, January 19, 20116 from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and on Wednesday, after 7 until time of services.
   Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society

Tim Lee Carter Cain

Tim Lee Carter Cain, age 75 of Glasgow died January 14, 2016 at his residence.
He was born September 11, 1940 to the late Marion Lawrence and Mary Elizabeth Grider Cain Sr. at Turkey Neck Bend, Ky. and is the husband of Peggy Kingrey Cain, who survives.
He was a truck driver.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include three daughters, Mary Lee (Willie) England and, Jennifer (Joey)Cardwell of Glasgow, Christie Cain of Texas, two sons Robin Reneau of Summer Shade and Darrin Cain of Louisville. Seven grandchildren Desire’ (Kevin) Davis, B.J. Reneau, Bailey Reneau, Katelyne Stinnett, William Daniel Delbert England, Mike (Barb) Cardwell, Joe Cardwell. Four Great grandchildren, Jace Norris Tyler (Callie) Cardwell, Jared Cardwell and Haylee Cardwell. One great great grandchild Maya Cardwell. Two sisters Elizabeth (Jimmy) Taylor, Gamaliel and Jessie (Pete) Tropoulas Frankfort, two brothers, Junior (Marsha) Cain Tompkinsville and Carmon (Phyllis) Cain of Indianapolis
In addition to his parents, he was preceeded in death by four sisters, Louise Graves, Dean Groce, Sarah Kerr and Judy Bryant, and brother Kenneth Cain, two sister in laws Juanita Cain and Alice Cain.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 17, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at the Union #2 Missionary Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will begin Friday, January 15, 2016 from 2:00 – 8:00 P.M. and on Saturday from 7:00 A. M. – 9:00 P.M .and on Sunday Jan 17 from 8:00 – 12:00 A.M. at the funeral home. then after 12:30 until funeral time at the Union #2 Church.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Union #2 cemetery.

RICHARD THOMAS BILLINGSLEY


   Richard Thomas Billingsley, age 71, of Mosheim, TN, formerly of Monroe County, died Saturday, January 9, 2016, at his residence.
   Born May 24, 1944, in Tompkinsville, he was a son of the late Eva Gentry Billingsley and Harley Billingsley, and the husband of Sheila Billingsley, who survives.
   He was a truck driver.
   Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two daughters, Jennifer Martin and Melissa Billingsley, both of Glasgow; one son Jeremy Billingsley, Tompkinsville; two step daughters, Tammy and Sabrina Barksdale; one step son Jeremy Barksdale; two sisters, Sally Grenead, Summer Shade, and Ruth Ann Crumpton, Indianapolis, IN; two grandchildren, Kacie and Kayla Martin; several step grandchildren; and by the mother of his children, Fay Billingsley.
   He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Robert “Junior” Billingsley, and one sister Virginia Wilborn.
      Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at 1:00 pm at McMurtrey Funeral Home; burial will follow in the White Cemetery. Visitation will be
 Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 1:00-8:00, and on Wednesday after 7:00 am until time of services.

Dorothy Shearer Yates



Dorothy Shearer Yates, age 74 of Edmonton went to be with her Lord and her family on Friday, January 8, 2016

The Adair Co. native was born in Bryan KY. (Russell County) on November 23, 1941 to the late Bryant Shearer and Cittie Shearer and graduated from this life on Friday, January 8, 2016 at T J Samson Hospital in Glasgow, Ky.(Barren County)
.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and loved her family, reading her bible, red roses, old westerns, classic movies, gospel music (her favorite is The Old Rugged Cross), her dog Little Girl, dolls, seek and find books and loved coconut cake.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Isaac Thomas “Tommy” Yates of Edmonton, having united in marriage on July 21st of 1962.
Other survivors include two sons Isaac Ryan Yates of Louisville, Ky. and David T. (Melissa) Yates of Coventry, RI. Four grandchildren; David A., Kristal, Joshua and Joanna Yates of Coventry, RI. One sister Jeanette Shearer of Somerset, KY and one brother Ralph (Pam) Shearer of Columbia, KY.
She was preceeded in death by one sister Genell Shearer and one half brother Otis Odell Shearer.

A memorial service for Mrs. Yates will be held Saturday, January 16 at 1:00 P.M. at the Greensburg Christian Church 215 Brummal Ave. Greensburg, Ky.
