Kelvin Dwayne Perkins, 55, of Auburn passed away December 20, 2021 at Skyline Medical in Nashville. He was born in Monroe County, KY to his parents Louie Perkins deceased and Lanna (Page) Perkins surviving. He and his wife owned and operated Kelvins Body Shop in Russellville. Kelvin was known as the man when it came to Drag Boat racing. He won many races all over, made many many friends, and a long member of the KY Drag Boat Association. He is survived by his wife Angela (Delk) Perkins, daughter Winter Nicole Delk of Colorado, brother Randy Perkins of Glasgow, KY, and many friends. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 PM Wednesday at Kirby Funeral Services Russellville. Graveside services will be held at 1pm Thursday at Summer Shade Cemetery in Summer Shade, KY.
