Sally Imogene Billingsley Grenead, 92 of Summer Shade passed away Saturday August 26,2023 at the Hospice House in Glasgow. She was born June 23,1931 in Tompkinsville to the late Harley Billingsley and Eva Gentry Billingsley.
She is survived by four children Deborah (Tony) Simmons of Glasgow, Donna Copas of Tompkinsville, Chris (Jodie) Grenead of Columbia, TN, and Brian (Shauna) Grenead of Gallatin, TN., grandchildren Lindsey (Wade) Jackson, Lauren Simmons (Shea Guy), Ty (Lauren) Simmons, Tuesday Grenead, Tristan Grenead, Harlie Grenead and Dixie Grenead, great grandchildren Brady, Carter and Hadley,and son-in-law Bruce Hester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Namon Grenead, two sons Steve and Daryl Grenead, brothers Junior Billingsley and Richard Billingsley, sisters Virginia Wilborn and Ruth Ann Crumpton, and son-in-law Eddie Copas.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday August 29,
2023 at 1:00 P.M. at McMurtrey Funeral Home with burial the White Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. here at the funeral home until time
of the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the white cemetery.
