William Roger Bradley

 


William Roger Bradley, 78, of Glasgow, KY passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the Shanti Niketan Hospice House in Glasgow, KY. He was born on April 12, 1946, in Glasgow, KY to the late Dewey and Beulah Glass Bradley.

Mr. Bradley was of the Baptist faith and a veteran of the U. S. Army Reserves. He retired from Farmers RECC and was a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. He as of lately enjoyed watching old and new westerns, and spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife Beverly Nunn Williams-Bradley of Glasgow, KY; a stepson Tim Cross (Cindy) of Glasgow, KY; three step grandchildren Kristena Stephens (Cody) of Smiths Grove, KY, Jake Cross (Sydney) of Canmer, KY, and Bryant Williams of Glasgow, KY; three step great grandchildren Raelynn Stephens, Drew Williams, and Emmory Williams; a sister Beverly Ann Norris (Larry) of Austin, KY; brothers and siters-in-law Juanita Bradley of Hiseville, KY, Kathy Bradley Hardyville, KY, Larry Nunn (Leta) of Bowling Green, KY, Mike Nunn of Glasgow, KY, Beth Janes (Tim) of Louisville, KY, and Martha Nunn of Detroit, MI; several nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two stepchildren Teena Cross and Andrew Williams, four siblings Bobby Bradley, Leslie Bradley (Nina), Terry Bradley, and Betty Mae Curtis (Iler), and a brother-in-law Johnny Nunn.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at McMurtrey Funeral Home with burial in the Baldock Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by DAV Chapter #20 of Glasgow. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00pm and will continue Wednesday after 8:00am at McMurtrey Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Kosair Children’s Hospital, the Shanti Niketan Hospice House of Glasgow, KY or a charity of your choice.
